Eligibility
Candidates must have passed a +3 examination or equivalent from a recognized University and possess a Diploma in Computer Application from a recognized institute. Additionally, candidates must be able to speak, read, and write Oriya equivalent to M.E. Standard. For Jr. Typist, a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm in English is required. For Stenographer Gr.-III, a minimum of 80 wpm in shorthand and 40 wpm in typewriting is required.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years and Maximum 42 years as on 03 August 2026. Age relaxations apply for reserved categories as per the Odisha District and Civil Courts’ Judicial Staff Services Rules, 2008.
